Concept

Everything starts with an idea. Iguazu enjoys listening to your ideas no matter have far they are developed. Give us a call so we can give your idea our feedback and let you if we can help.

Initial Estimate

After an initial workshop to gather the project scope, scale and deliverables Iguazu will provide a shopping list estimate outlining costs and timelines for the potential project.

Design Specification

The project will then go into the design phase where an initial specification document is created which details all the functions, features, interface and user requirements. This will be presented to the client for discussion and feedback.

Project Proposal

Once the design spec has been finalized, the initial project estimate will be reviewed and a final proposal with detailed costs, roles and timeframes will be presented. Once approved, Iguazu will begin the development phase.

Design

We will initially create a number of concept designs based on the agreed design specification. Following selection of the design, static mock-ups of all screens are presented and approved by the client prior to entering production.

Production

Whilst in production various prototypes are created for the client to review and provide feedback on regular basis. These prototypes will be available to test and review on the actual device before final testing.

Testing

Once the prototype has all the functions and features implemented, a rigorous testing process begins to establish everything performs correctly and smoothly. Once all the user testing is completed and the client has signed off the project will be considered ready to publish.

Publishing

With the project completed, Iguazu can assist the client in publishing to all the relevant app stores and marketing channels. Our experience will ensure maximum exposure to the clients target audience.
